Hey there! I'm Sarah.
I write about DIY projects, plant parenting, and adventures. In a past life, I organized tours that brought people together based on common interests and curiosities. This blog is a way to help me do the same, but virtually! I hope to encourage you and others reading this to pursue projects and adventures of your own by sharing some basics to get your started! As for my 9-to-5, I'm a data analyst at a tech company in Denver, CO.

Taking time for me looks like...
When I’m not talking to my extensive plant collection or working in the garage, I’m most likely planning for our next epic adventure. My husband, Colin, and two dogs, Rose & Marley, and I love getting outdoors and try to do so as often as possible. Whether it’s a day trip or 4-day weekend, time in nature is such an important reset for me. And in true planner fashion, I’m always thinking my next small project that’ll make a big difference!

Seeking inclusion through collaboration!
Both sides of my family are from different countries, and one of my favorite things about growing up in Florida was the abundance of cultures - languages, cuisines, and customs. Diversity is and has always been an important part of my life. Another reason I wanted to start this blog was to be a part of and contribute to the representation around Denver, the outdoors and DIY space. I’m interested in collaborating with people from all walks of life, and creating a space where others feel they can do the same.
